IS, a new threat to Afghan stability

The emergence of Islamic State militants in Afghanistan, or known as Daesh, has complicated the country’s peace process.
Political watcher Khan Mohammad Daneshjo said on Monday as Kabul is trying to bring Taliban militants to negotiating table, IS militants have begun recruiting fighters in the country.
Witnesses said Daesh have seized territory in the country for the first time.
They wrested areas in the east from rival Taliban insurgents.
