Is high-speed railway a highlight of Premier Li’s southeast Asia trip?

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang arrived in Malaysia Friday.

He will join a series of leaders’ meetings on regional cooperation and pay an official visit to Malaysia.

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will stay in Malaysia from Nov. 20 to 23.

He will attend a series of meetings that will bring together leaders from China, Japan, South Korea and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations.

According to Dickson Ho, Principal Economist with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Li’s visit will expand cooperation between China and ASEAN nations under the framework of “Belt and Road” initiative.
