ISIL behind twin terrorist blasts in Kabul that killed at least 83

The extremist militant group ISIL has claimed responsibility for two explosions that ripped through crowds of protesters in the Afghan capital of Kabul. The ISIL-linked Amaq news agency says that two fighters detonated their explosive belts in a public square. At least 83 people were killed and 231 others were wounded. It’s the deadliest attack in the city in 15 years, and the UN has condemned the attack.
