ISIL claims to release 300 kidnapped Syrian cement workers

The Islamic State claims to have released 300 workers abducted from a cement factory in the town of Dumair, northeast of the capital Damascus. The group is reportedly still detaining 20 workers, and has killed four. In a statement by the IS, the militants moved the workers to a secure place. The detained 20 were confirmed as members of the National Defense Forces, a paramilitary force backing the Syrian army.
