Israel’s anti-terrorism office raised its threat assessment, and said it “recommended avoiding visits to Turkey”. The statement came after three of the four who died in the Istanbul blast were identified as Israeli. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had no evidence that the attack targeted Israelis.
