Japan exit polls give Shinzo Abe victory and ability to change constitution to go to war

Exit polls in Japan, suggest Shinzo Abe’s ruling coalition has won a landslide victory in Sunday’s parliamentary elections, despite concerns about his bloc’s economic policies and his plans to revise the nation’s pacifist constitution, including Article 9, which forbids Japan from participating in wars.
