Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has announced the names of 10 ministers who will join his new cabinet. Most senior cabinet members kept their old posts, including Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga, Finance Minister Taro Aso, and Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida.
