Two Japanese destroyers on Tuesday visited the Vietnamese port at Cam Ranh Bay – it was the first time since the end of World War Two that the Japanese navy has docked in Vietnam. Both countries have increased the frequency of high-level visits of late, in a sign of strengthened defense cooperation.
