John Kerry shuns South China Sea question by Chinese journalist

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry warned China on South China Sea during a brief visit to Mongolia on Sunday, but shunned a question on the issue raised by a Chinese journalist.

The journalist, Zheng Chuang from Xinhua News Agency, was trying to raise a follow-up question on the South China Sea issue, and protested while organizers of the press briefing refused to let him continue.
