Juba’s new parliament urged to reject UN troop proposal

South Sudan’s government is calling on the new parliament to support its rejection of more UN peacekeepers in the country. The UN Security Council wants to send in another 4,000 soldiers, with an offensive mandate. Juba says that would violate South Sudan’s sovereignty. CCTV’s Patrick Oyet has more from Juba.
