Kerala HC judge thrashes Saritha’s claims that she had been sexually abused by CM Oommen Chandy at his official residence, and states it is a mere political stunt. The judge also finds that the timing of the new revelation smacks doubt on Saritha’s intentions, especially when she comes with a revelation while the elections are nearing.Saritha had alleged in a 25-page purported letter, which she had claimed to have written in 2013 while in police custody after her arrest in the solar panel scam, that she had been sexually abused by CM Oommen Chandy at his official residence. Rubbishing allegations of sexual abuse levelled by solar scam accused Saritha S Nair, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy today said people will give a befitting reply to it in the May 16 assembly polls even as the Opposition attacked him and demanded a through inquiry against him and other ministers. Leader of Opposition in Kerala Assembly, V S Achuthanandan, demanded a comprehensive probe into solar panel scam accused Saritha S Nair’s allegations that she was sexually abused by Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy.
