Kerry, Lavrov meet for final touches on Syria cooperation deal

US Secretary of State John Kerry and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov are meeting on Friday in Geneva. They aim to hammer out final details of an agreement on fighting ISIL militants in Syria. The United Nations has pushed for a weekly 48-hour pause of fighting in Aleppo, and Russia has agreed to the plan. The UN says it is still waiting for guarantees from other parties on the ground.
