Law expert: loophole huge in U.S. background checks for guns

The Unites States has been shadowed by frequent shooting incidents with the latest in a nightclub in Fort Myers early Monday killing two and injuring 16.

These incidents have triggered a wide debate among Americans on whether or not guns should be banned in a country where people’s right to own and bear arms is protected by the Constitution Law.

A professor with the NYU School of Laws says there’s huge loophole in U.S. background checks for guns, which was implemented in the wake of the Sandy Hook elementary school massacre in 2012.
