Local landmarks in China lit up for Autism Awareness Day

Many local landmarks in China were lit up in blue to raise awareness for Autism Awareness Day on Saturday, as part of a worldwide campaign. Iconic modern buildings in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou participated alongside glimmering traditional structures like the Pavilion of Prince Teng in Jiangxi province and Wuhan’s Yellow Crane Tower. People also took part in the event by waving blue lights.
