Lone crocodile visits beach and sunbathers in southern Mexico

After the lifeguard hushes away the sunbathers, the crocodile crawls back to its home like an emperor back to his palace.

The scene is recorded by a tourist on June 30 on the Palancar Beach in Mexico’s southern state of Quintana Roo.

More spectators dare to videotape its home-going journey, never thinking of the possibility of a turning back of the fierce reptile.

An ecological reserve is located nearby, feeding plenty of alligators, which is why they are frequent visitors to the vicinity.
