Looking to G20 for economic impetus

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has outlined the progress made ahead of the forthcoming G20 summit in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province. The summit will take place on September 4-5. Wang said a series of ministerial meetings have taken place to prepare for the summit, and to deal with the current economic situation. He said China’s hosting of the G20 meeting comes during an important transitional period for the global economy, which presents both opportunities and challenges.
