Making It or Faking it, Museum of food & drink in NYC

At the Museum of Food and Drink in New York City, an exhibition is going on to explore some important but little-understood part of the food system.

The show, titled Flavor: Making It or Faking It, is a multisensory exhibition that shows how the flavor industry separated flavor from food and transformed what we eat.

At the exhibition, visitors can have their hands, tongues, and nostrils on. They can press the button to release scents and explore the complexity of everyday smells, or try some tablets which tells you what natural food and artificial ones tastes like.
