Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak on Tuesday announced a cabinet reshuffle, appointing a new deputy and sacking his attorney general. The move comes as the prime minister faces mounting pressure over an embezzlement scandal at a state investment fund. The Wall Street Journal reported earlier that some 700 million US dollars related to 1 Malaysia Development Berhad, or 1MDB, had been transferred into a personal account.
