An explosion rocked the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan at around 8:30 pm local time on Saturday, leaving 29 people injured. The cause of the blast remains unclear. But a possible “secondary device” was found four blocks away, consisting of a pressure cooker with wires attached to it. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo says it was an act of terrorism, but no links to international groups have been found.
