Manila willing to talk over South China Sea

The newly-elected Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte called for bilateral negotiations with China before a void ruling was issued by a tribunal in The Hague last week. Three years after the case was brought forward by Manila, all parties involved in South China Sea disputes have agreed to address the issues through dialogue. Are Sino-Philippine ties about to take a major turn? Yang Xiyu of the China Institute of International Studies, and Richard Heydarian of De La Salle University discuss the outlook of the relationship between the two countries.
