Minsk talks: OSCE says no progress made over situation in E. Ukraine

The latest round of talks aimed at solving the crisis in eastern Ukraine have ended in the Belarus capital Minsk. But according to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, no progress has been made. The humanitarian subgroup of the Contact Group on Ukraine held intense discussions on issues including prisoner exchanges and elections, but no agreement was reached. Talks on a potential amnesty were postponed until the next meeting on June the 1st.
