MOC: China still attractive investment destination

China’s Ministry of Commerce says the country is still an attractive investment destination for European companies despite China’s economic slowdown.

China’s Ministry of Commerce spokesman Sun Jiwen said 28 EU countries have established 555 new companies in China during the first four months, a year-on-year increase of 5.1.

Meanwhile, Sun said China has attracted foreign investment valued at 3.5 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 41.9 percent.
