M+S to sell Andaz Singapore to Hoi Hup Realty for $475 million

Andaz Singapore, a luxury lifestyle hotel in the DUO integrated development at North Bridge Road, will be sold for a proposed S$475 million. This is the highest price yet for a standalone hotel in Singapore. M+S, a joint venture owned by Malaysia’s Khazanah Nasional and Singapore’s Temasek Holdings, said it has agreed to sell all its shares in its wholly owned subsidiary Ophir-Rochor Hotel to real estate developer, Hoi Hup Realty. Ophir-Rochor Hotel is the developer and owner of Andaz.
