Myanmar to partially ban betel nut chewing in public

Myanmar’s government is cracking down on betel nut chewing. You can see signs of the unsightly habit almost everywhere you go. Betel nut spit stains streets, cars, and even people’s teeth. Government statistics show that more than 60% of Myanmar men chew betel nuts, and almost 25% of Myanmar women do too. CCTV’s Dave Grunebaum brings us more on how the Myanmar public is responding to the government’s campaign to ban it.
