A NASA spacecraft has just captured the best views of Jupiter. The images reveal turbulent storms at the planet’s North Pole. NASA has said the pictures were taken by the Juno spacecraft last week. It flew within 2,500 miles of Jupiter’s dense cloud tops. Jupiter’s northern polar region has been shown as stormier than expected. The images also show the area as bluer than the rest of the planet. Views of Jupiter’s bright southern lights have also been received, which are considered the most powerful in the solar system.
