Nations agree on deal to cut greenhouse gases

Nearly 200 countries have hammered out a deal to cut back on greenhouse gas emissions at a meeting in Rwanda. Under the deal, countries must reduce usage of hydrofluorocarbon gases, widely used for refrigeration and air conditioning. Studies have shown these gases to be 10,000 times stronger than carbon dioxide in terms of contribution to global warming.
