NATO accuses Russia of breaking ceasefire in Ukraine

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has accused Russia of repeatedly breaking the ceasefire in eastern Ukraine and stoking tensions across the region. He made the remarks on Wednesday at the Alliance’s Defence Ministers meeting in Brussels. NATO is also planning to train Iraqi officers and provide other direct support to combat ISIL in Iraq and Syria, where the US and other coalition members are already engaged. The details will be finalized at next month’s NATO summit in Warsaw, Poland.
