Nepal, India floods kill more than 90

Floods and landslides in Nepal and India have killed more than 90 people, including 73 in Nepal alone, and forced the evacuation of at least two million residents. In Nepal, Pyuthan District was the worst-hit area, where dozens of houses have been swept away and many structures like bridges were damaged by floods. In India’s remote northeastern state of Assam, 19 people were killed in widespread floods. Rescue efforts in both countries are in full swing.
