New Greek proposals fall short of demands

Eurozone finance ministers have ruled out any further negotiations on a fresh bailout for Greece, until it holds its referendum on Sunday. Earlier on Wednesday, the Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras put forward new proposals to the eurozone partners. The latest concessions are tied explicitly to an agreement on a third bailout package lasting two years, worth 29 billion euros.
