Germany’s Interior Ministry has presented proposals to thwart terror attacks in the country, including one that seeks to revoke the citizenship of so-called “hate preachers.” The proposals came after four attacks last month, which left at least 10 people dead. ISIL claimed responsibility for at least two of the attacks – one a suicide bombing, the other, an attack on train passengers with an ax. CCTV’s Guy Henderson reports from Berlin.
