New US missile defense angers Russia

The US and Russia have hit another bump in the road. The US activated a missile interceptor with an 800 million-dollar price tag in southern Romania last week, which will be integrated into the NATO missile shield in July. On Friday, Washington announced the construction of another anti-ballistic missile defense site in Poland. Kurt Volker, former US Ambassador to NATO, Pavel Felgenhauer, a Russian defense analyst, and Lukasz Kulesa of the European Leadership Network give us more insight into the tensions.
