France’s Health Minister, Marisol Touraine has said 18 people – including one child – are still in a critical condition following the Bastille Day truck massacre in Nice that left 84 dead. Touraine said of the 85 people still in hospital, 29 are in intensive care. Over 300 people were treated by medics following the incident.
