North American leaders defend global trade at summit

With a shared vision of globalization and trade philosophies, US President Barack Obama, Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau gathered at this year’s North American Leaders’ Summit in Ottawa. The three leaders said they want to find a way to push through the 12-nation Trans Pacific Partnership, TPP, and further develop the 22-year-old North American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA.
