North Korea top leader watches military drills

Kim Jong Un, top leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, watched recent military maneuvers involving landing and anti-landing.

The KCNA news agency said that the drills were joined by surface ships of the East Sea fleet of the navy, aircraft from the Second Air Division of the air and anti-air force, and artillery sub-units.

Satisfied with the exercises, Kim ordered to intensify training of the Korean People’s Army with DPRK-style idea and tactics to strengthen coastal defense.

The report did not disclose the exact dates and venue of the military drills.
