NTU scientists uncover structure of pneumonia virus enzyme

Scientists from NTU have uncovered the structure of a particular pneumonia virus enzyme. This could be the key to helping researchers design therapies for viruses that often lead to antibiotic-resistant bacterial infections. Lead scientist of this study, Dr Julien Lescar from NTU’s School of Biological Sciences, was in the studio to tell us more.
