Obama, Southeast Asian leaders meet in California

US President Barack Obama is hosting a two-day meeting with Southeast Asian leaders in California on Monday. Obama will discuss boosting trade, curbing the DPRK, plans to fight ISIL, and maritime issues, including the South China Sea. The meeting is the first of its kind in the US and is believed to be part of Obama’s Asia-Pacific re-balance strategy.
