Obama upset about New Orleans decade after Katrina

U.S. President Barack Obama said Thursday that he is not satisfied with the recovery of New Orleans.
“What started out as a natural disaster became a man-made disaster,”he said, “a failure of government to look out for its own citizens.”
The largest city in the state of Louisiana was badly hit by Hurricane Katrina 10 years ago.
Obama said crime and structural inequality remain. It’s left many people, especially the poor and people of color, without good jobs, affordable health care or decent housing.
