US President Barack Obama left Kenya, ending a landmark two-day visit and the first to the east African nation by an American leader. Before leaving on Sunday afternoon, Obama delivered a final speech to a packed audience in Nairobi, where he said the US will stand “shoulder to shoulder” with Kenya in its fight against the extremist group al-Shabaab.
