One person has been killed and 114 have been injured in the US state of New Jersey after a commuter train crashed into a train station on Thursday. The tragedy occurred during the morning rush hour at Hoboken Terminal, a major transport hub serving trains, subways and buses. Witnesses said the train overran its stopping point, slammed into a bumper block, went airborne and hurtled through a passenger concourse at about 8:45 a.m. local time.
