The Korean smartphone giant Samsung is trying to salvage its image after announcing a massive recall of its latest flagship phone, the Galaxy Note 7, following reports that a default in its batteries could pose a fire risk. Samsung says it will offer replacements or refunds to consumers affected by the recall, but customer reaction has been mixed.
