Slamming the opposition parties for creating disruptions in the Parliament, consumer policy expert Bejon Misra today said that the opposition has lost its credibility and that their disruptive tactics has exposed that they were scared of the work done by the government.
“The opposition has lost its integrity and credibility. It is time the opposition understood that they have to be responsive and responsible towards the citizen,” he said. Calling the Lok Sabha Speaker’s decision to suspend 25 Congress members for obstructionism as “courageous”, Misra said that they should have protested in a “symbolic manner”. “If they don’t work to earn, they don’t deserve to be paid,” he said.
