Pakistan arrests Indian fishermen in disputed waters

Pakistan’s maritime security authorities arrested 88 Indian fishermen along with 16 boats for allegedly trespassing in Pakistan’s territorial waters. The fishermen were handed over to Docks Police Station in the southern port city of Karachi on Saturday for necessary legal actions. Fishermen from both sides often spend years in jail before they’re set free and sent home as India and Pakistan have disagreements over their maritime border in the Arabian Sea.
