Pakistan condemns Indian ‘unprovoked firing’ in Kashmir

Pakistan has condemned India for what it described as “unprovoked firing” along Kashmir’s Line of Control, which saw two Pakistani soldiers killed early on Thursday. Pakistani troops returned fire against what it called Indian military aggression. India’s military says it carried out “surgical strikes” against terrorists along the de facto border with Pakistan in the disputed region.
