Palmyra’s ruins resurrected after ISIL attacks

Architects have begun a monumental restoration project – resurrecting the 2,000-year-old Triumphal Arch from the Temple of Bel in Palmyra, a UNESCO heritage site in Syria which suffered great damage at the hands of ISIL militants. CCTV correspondent Dan Whitehead reports.
