Paris Grand Palais reopens after Seine water levels recede

The Grand Palais exhibition hall on the Champs-Élysées in Paris has reopened as water levels on the River Seine slowly recede. The riverside venue was closed on Friday amid fears it would be hit by flood waters. The Louvre Museum, some Paris metro stations and several roads remain closed after the worst flooding in three decades.
