Pakistan on Thursday handed down the death penalty to six militants linked to an attack on a school in the northern city of Peshawar in which at least 151 people, mainly children, were killed. A seventh man was also given a life sentence for his role in the country’s deadliest terror attack. According to a statement from Pakistan’s military, the seven men have a right to appeal their sentences.
