PLA Air Force military planes patrol airspace over South China Sea

China dispatched multiple types of main battle aircraft, including H-6K bombers and Su-30 fighters, on Saturday, for a combat air patrol in the South China Sea area, according to Shen Jinke, spokesperson of the PLA Air Force. The patrol aims at promoting combat capacity of the Air Force in addressing security threats and building a comprehensive combat system, said the spokesperson.
