The trains, tents, buses and horses of west China’s Qinghai Lake shot by a tilt–shift camera turn the lakeside into a unique miniature landscape. Using the tilt-shift filming technique, the magnificent Qinghai Lake looks like a cute scene from an animation.
Tilt–shift photography is the use of camera movements on small and medium format cameras, and sometimes specifically refers to the use of tilt for selective focus, often to simulate a miniature scene.
