Rare artworks on display at Beijing’s Palace Museum

With Beijing’s Palace Museum’s 90th anniversary coming up, about 300 of its most prized treasures have gone on display in the Forbidden City. Among them are works by celebrated painters and calligraphers of ancient China. The display includes “Along the River During the Qingming Festival,” which is one of the rarest paintings in Chinese history.
