Rare downpour, floods affect 40,000 people in SW China

This shocking footage shows local people are calling others to run to escape from the terrible floods.
At least 7 people are missing and lives of more than 40,000 people affected after torrential rains began to pound Yanjin County in southwest China’s Yunnan Province on Tuesday.
More than 1,300 houses were toppled or damaged. The severe weather also affected telecommunication and electricity facilities, and caused serious road collapses. Disaster relief and rescue work is under way.
